Bullets of Rain proves beyond the shadow of a doubt that his considerable talents are well suited to the longer form. I started reading it late at night -- figuring I'd knock off a few chapters before falling asleep. but the story and writing pulled me in. The next thing I knew it was dawn and I was still very wide awake!
